WARSUN Shipping Policy
All orders to remote areas will be charged shipping fees, even if the free shipping threshold is met. Buyers in remote areas are responsible for paying all customs duties on their own.
For orders requiring expedited processing, please leave a note when placing your order, and we will arrange shipment as soon as possible.
If you receive missing items, short shipments, or damaged products, please contact our customer service within 1 week after signing for your package. Any requests submitted after the 1-week period will not be accepted.

Customs & Taxes
Imported goods may be subject to local customs taxes and fees, regulated by local laws. WARSUN is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or related charges. Shipping costs are estimated and may vary according to local import policies and tax rates of each country. Please contact your local customs office for further details.
All return costs caused by unsuccessful package delivery or customer refusal to sign for the parcel shall be borne by the buyer solely.
Processing & Shipping Time
All orders require 3 business days for preparation and packaging, excluding weekends. Order information and shipping address cannot be changed 24 hours after order placement.
Pre-order delivery dates shall be subject to the specific marking on the product page.
Generally, products will be dispatched from our warehouses located in Europe, France, UK, Canada, USA, Japan, Australia and Mexico to ensure faster delivery.
