All orders placed on WARSUN are subject to processing times before they are dispatched. Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment, including verifying your order, conducting quality checks, and packing the items for dispatch.
Standard Processing Time: Our standard processing time for most orders is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day. Processing time may be delayed during peak seasons (such as holidays, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) due to high volumes of orders.
Exceptions: For certain items, such as customized products, special promotions, or backordered items, processing may take up to 3-5 business days. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship at different times depending on product availability, but we strive to dispatch all items together whenever possible.
Order Verification: To prevent fraud and ensure the safety of our customers, we reserve the right to verify payment information. This verification process may take up to 24 hours. If verification fails or additional information is required, we will reach out to you via email or phone, which could cause additional delays in order processing.
1.2 Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping: For customers located within the contiguous United States, standard shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days. We work with well-known carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, to ensure fast and reliable delivery. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, delivery times may vary based on carrier availability and regional considerations, often extending to 10-14 business days.
Expedited Shipping: If you require faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options, including 2-day and overnight shipping. Please note that expedited shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Free Shipping Promotion: We provide free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories. If an order is returned or canceled, and it no longer qualifies for free shipping, the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: We do ship to PO boxes, military addresses, and diplomatic post office addresses using USPS. However, some large or oversized items may be restricted and cannot be shipped to these locations. Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take longer, often between 10-21 business days.

Shipping Timeframes: International delivery times vary based on your location. Most international orders will be delivered within 10-20 business days, but factors such as customs processing, local delivery services, and remote destinations may impact the overall delivery time. For countries with strict customs regulations, delivery can take up to 30 business days.
Carriers: We partner with reliable international carriers such as DHL, FedEx International, and UPS Worldwide. Depending on your location, the carrier options will be provided at checkout, allowing you to choose the best service for your needs.
1.4 Shipping Costs
WARSUN strives to offer competitive shipping rates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, the weight of the products in your order, and the chosen shipping method.

- International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders vary by country and will be calculated during checkout. For international orders, shipping fees start at $14.99 for standard international delivery.
Shipping Promotions: Occasionally, we offer discounted or free shipping promotions. These promotions are subject to terms and conditions and may apply only to specific regions, product categories, or order totals.
1.5 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the carrier's website.
Tracking Delays: Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to be updated on the carrier's website, especially during busy shipping periods.
Partial Shipments: In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package. We strive to ship all items in a single package whenever possible.
1.6 Lost or Stolen Packages

1.8 Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally, packages may be returned to us as undeliverable. Common reasons for undeliverable packages include incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, unclaimed packages, or refusal of delivery.
Incorrect Address: If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect, and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
Unclaimed or Refused Packages: If a package is refused or unclaimed, resulting in the return of the item to WARSUN, we will issue a refund for the order minus the original shipping charges and any additional fees incurred during the return.

While WARSUN works with reliable carriers to ensure on-time delivery, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or strikes.
Carrier Delays: Occasionally, carriers may experience internal delays, leading to longer shipping times. While we do everything possible to expedite your order, carrier delays are outside of our control.
Force Majeure Events: In cases of unforeseen events such as acts of God, war, government restrictions, or other significant disruptions, we will notify you as soon as possible regarding any potential delays and work to resolve the situation in the best possible manner.
