WARRANTY POLICY
WARSUN is committed to providing high-quality mobile lighting products and reliable after-sales warranty service to our global customers. With over 12 years of focus on mobile lighting, we stand behind the quality of our products with clear and transparent warranty terms. This warranty policy applies to all genuine WARSUN products purchased through official channels, outlining the warranty period, coverage, claim process, and exclusions.
1. Warranty Period
• 15-Day Free Replacement Warranty: Within 15 days from the date of purchase, if your WARSUN product has quality problems under normal use, you can get a free replacement of the same model. If the original model has been discontinued, we will replace it with an upgraded model or another product with performance not lower than the original.
• 5-Year Free Maintenance Warranty: All WARSUN products enjoy free maintenance service for quality problems arising under normal use within 5 years from the date of purchase.
• 1-Year Warranty for Rechargeable Batteries: Rechargeable battery products are covered by a 1-year warranty, while additional accessories are not included in the warranty coverage.
• Lifetime Limited Warranty: For products damaged due to improper use or beyond the free warranty period, we provide paid warranty service. The cost is based on the actual cost of replacement materials without additional labor charges.
• Warranty Period Calculation: The warranty period starts from the date of purchase as indicated on the invoice. If the invoice is lost, the warranty period will start three months after the production date marked on the product nameplate. For products purchased through e-commerce platforms with courier delivery, the warranty period starts 15 days after the payment date.
2. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of WARSUN products under normal use conditions. During the applicable warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace the defective parts, or provide a product replacement (as per the 15-day and 5-year warranty terms) free of charge.
All warranty services apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable. The warranty is only valid for genuine WARSUN products purchased through authorized channels; products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The following situations are not covered by this warranty, and we reserve the right to refuse free warranty service:
• Damage caused by artificial destruction, disassembly, modification, or unauthorized repairs by a third party.
• Damage resulting from incorrect operation, such as reverse battery installation, improper use, abuse, misuse, negligence, or accidents.
• Damage caused by battery leakage, improper storage, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions (e.g., extreme temperature, humidity, chemicals).
• Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, abrasions) that does not affect product performance, unless it occurs before delivery.
• Consumable parts (excluding rechargeable batteries covered by the 1-year warranty) and additional accessories.
• Damage caused by failure to follow the product’s operating instructions or maintenance guidelines.
• Products with incomplete serial numbers, altered identification marks, or signs of counterfeiting.
• Damage caused by natural disasters, force majeure, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
4. Warranty Claim Process
To request warranty service, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of discovering the product defect, providing your order number, purchase invoice, product photos/videos showing the defect, and a detailed description of the issue.
2. Our customer service team will verify the information and guide you through the next steps (e.g., returning the product for inspection, providing repair instructions) within 3-5 business days.
3. For products requiring return, you must ship the defective product (along with all original accessories, if applicable) to the designated address. During the free warranty period, the return shipping cost shall be borne by WARSUN; for paid warranty services, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
4. After receiving and inspecting the defective product, we will complete the repair or replacement within a reasonable time (usually 7-15 business days) and ship the product back to you. The shipping cost for returning the repaired/replaced product to you will be borne by WARSUN during the free warranty period.
5. Additional Notes
• Warranty service may be limited to the country where the product was first sold. For international warranty claims, please contact our customer service to confirm local service availability, as repair time may be extended and additional costs may apply.
• If the defective product is no longer in production during the warranty period, we will replace it with a similar product of equal or higher performance.
• WARSUN reserves the right to adjust this warranty policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our official website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
